Responsibility of the Housing Manager
The Housing Manager is responsible for tenancy management on the estate including allocations, repairs approval up to a set amount, managing rehousing applications, voids, letting properties; breaches of tenancy agreement such as Antisocial Behaviour, Property and Garden conditions etc. The Manager also liaises with other organisations including Northwards and the Council for the effective maintenance and running of the estate, Police, Neighbourhood Services, etc., as well as encouraging community participation in the TMO.

Responsibility of the Housing Administrator
The Housing Assistant/Admin Officer assists the Housing Manager including but not limited to: raising and monitoring repairs including carrying out home visits where required, quality surveys on completed repairs, estate maintenance including raising work for fly-tipping, dealing with initial enquiries and booking appointments for Housing Manager etc.
