Welcome to SHOUT TMO LIMITED

Shiredale Housing Outraged United Tenants (SHOUT) stopped Manchester City Council from demolishing the Shiredale Estate in 1999.

The Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) is a group of tenants who are responsible for managing the homes they live in. The SHOUT TMO team now manage 102 properties made up of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom terraced houses, as well as 7 blocks of 4 flats each with a fob entry system.

We have a highly motivated team running the estate, from the SHOUT TMO office based in the heart of the estate. We are all here to make the experience of living in the Shiredale a positive one.

What is a Tenant Management Organisation?

A tenant management organisations (TMO) is an organisation set up under the UK Government's Housing (Right to Manage) Regulations 1994, which allow tenants of council housing or housing association homes in the UK to take over responsibility for the running of their homes.

There are 2 Tenant Management Organisations in North Manchester – Avro Hollows Tenant Management Organisation and SHOUT Tenant Management Organisation limited. Your home is managed by SHOUT TMO Limited
