Pest Control Department have confirmed that having taken advice from Health & Safety they will continue to offer internal Pest Control appointments, and they have detailed risk assessments in place and additional PPE that affords residents and their technicians protection.
Vulnerable tenants may choose to postpone their appointment until a later date and Pest Control Department have confirmed that this is completely fine and such tenants will be able to rearrange this through the Councils contact centre.
Please note that the Councils contact centre is now taking incoming calls and bookings. This is to assist residents who have struggled using the online service due to their IT skills or do not have internet access. Please note that SHOUT TMO LTD only cover the cost of rats, mice and wasps (blocking an entrance) on our Service Level Agreement with Manchester City Council Pest Control for the properties we (SHOUT TMO) manage.
