📢 Service Announcement: SHOUT TMO Mobile App Development

We are excited to share that SHOUT TMO is expanding its services and governance tools to all stakeholders through a brand-new mobile app. Following a decision by our Board, we will be developing apps (either native or mirror-based, to be confirmed) for both the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.

What this means for you

With the SHOUT TMO app, tenants will soon be able to access all of our services right at their fingertips, including:

  • 🛠️ Repairs and maintenance requests

  • 📑 Reporting and governance tools

  • 💬 Communication channels

  • 🌐 Streamlined, modern access designed for the current generation

Importantly, our existing non-digital service channels will remain available, ensuring that everyone—including those less familiar with technology—can continue accessing services as usual.

Progress so far

We’ve already received our first batch of app prototypes showing how the new platform will look and feel. This is a major step forward in bringing our vision to life.
