Reference: Your tenancy reference (found on your rent card or tenancy agreement).

Format: 4 letters + 6 numbers, with a forward slash after the fourth number (e.g., ABCD1234/56).

If you don’t use online banking, you can take these details into your bank branch and set up the payment in person.

You should receive a rent card a few weeks after signing your tenancy.

• This can be used at any PayPoint outlet (many local shops).

Payments by debit card are credited within 2 working days.
